MacWireless sent a press release on an International Version of their 200 Mbps Powerline Network Adapter ($99.98). (They also offer wireless network cards for Macs, although their 802.11N cards cost much more than the (same chipset based) Newer Tech branded cards on the site specials page here which has 802.11N (backward compatible with 802.11G/B) PCI, PCMCIA or USB adapters for under $50, as well as a 802.11N/G/B Router for $65.)
