I've updated the page on Scanners w/OS X Leopard - Feedback, Tips/Tricks & Alternative Drivers with notes from a Canon N650U on using open-source "twain sane" drivers mentioned here back in Dec. 2007 and a Fujitsu fi-5015C user on "Exactscan" software.
