Apple has won ?two highly-coveted black pencils at the prestigious D&AD Awards, for the design of the iMac and the iPhone,? reports Mark Sweney (guardian.co.uk). Although ?a black pencil is notoriously difficult to achieve,? Cheney points out that Apple ?has won a total of six black pencils since 1999,? making ?the US technology company the most successful in the 45-year history of the event.?
