For example, Preview?s ?Mark Up icon provides a drop-down menu with highlighting, strike-through and underlining tools, all fantastic for editing text. ? And, Levitus points out, you?ll find tools for annotating PDFs, reordering pages in a PDF, and several other new and highly useful features.
