When working in the OS 9 Finder, remember that there's absolutely no protection for the critically-important System folder, pictured at right. Whatever you do, do not drag that folder into the trash can. Do not open it up and throw things you see there in the trash -- just because you're not sure what the Extensions folder is doesn't mean it should be erased!
In short, unless you really, really know what you're doing, just leave the System folder alone. Bad things can happen if you make a mistake here.
