I've updated the page of Feedback on 2008 Mac Pro EFI Firmware Update 1.3 with more notes from readers - including another comment that it fixed a wake from sleep restart, more notes on PCIe card problems (2 prev. reports - one noting moving from slot 2 to slot 4 helped), and one report of slower startup (although a RAID boot drive user said he thinks startup is faster).
