Another report of PCIe SATA card problems after 2008 Mac Pro Firmware Update

I've gotten a 2nd 2008 Mac Pro owner report that his PCIe SATA card wasn't working after the EFI 1.3 firmware update. He noted moving it to another slot restored function.
