I don't have any of the referenced apps on this Mac so it doesn't show up in Software Update. However here's the download page info/link - "This update improves reliability for Apple's professional applications and is recommended for all users of Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Express, Aperture, Logic Studio and related SDKs. Requirements: OS X 10.4.9 or later"
