Yesterday's news had a note from a reader that the Time Capsule and AirPort Base Station (802.11n) Firmware 7.3.1 added support for Time Machine backups to Airdisks (USB hard drives connected to AE N bases). (It also includes security fixes.) Several other readers also wrote they're now using AirDisks for Time Machine after the firmware update. Also a reader that previously had reported NAT Port Mapping problems w/7.2.1 firmware said the 7.3.1 update seems to have helped. (See page for their reports.)
