Entourage will not get your iCal events, at least that's what it seems -- it can only send them to iCal. However, that's not actually is not the case.
If you put all the vents in an Entourage calendar in iCal, then those items -- including To Dos -- show in Entourage! This can also be adapted for iSync. Just tell it to only sync the Entourage calendar and the events are in Entourage! NOTE: I cannot confirm that this works with Entourage 2004.
