More Apple TV 2.0 Update Feedback (some quirks, unnecessary resyncs)

I've added more Apple TV 2.0 update feedback to the page of Apple TV User Reports/Tips, etc. - with some notes about unnecessary recopying of videos after simply scrolling through my listings in reply to one reader's notes about slow preview image performance after the update. (Updated again for reports on OpenDNS problems and HDMI 1080P issues from a Westinghouse 42" LVM-42w2 LCD 1080p owner - no problems here with $798 "black friday" Polariod 42in 1080P HDTV and AppleTV set to 1080P mode.)
