10.5: Avoid a Mail crash bug with the Vacation stationery

The bug: If you use the Vacation stationery, then select all placeholder text and delete it, Mail will crash.To avoid that problem, select the placeholder text and just start typing the replacement text, instead of deleting the placeholder text first. Mail won't crash if you do it this way.[robg adds: I can confirm both the bug and the fix.]
