While couple of hours ago, Toshiba announced it dropped its large size OLED-based TV project, Samsung released a PR related to a 31" OLED based display to be demoed in a near future. In addition, the Korean Consumer Electronic giant also claims to manage ODE technology to be able to offer in the future 40" panel while controlling price.
