I've updated (5 times today) the page on Canon Scanners w/OS X Leopard (notes on support and alternative (Twain SANE) drivers) with feedback from several Epson Perfection 2450 scanner owners running OS X Leopard. Unlike the first reader today, later replies indicated they were able to use it in 10.5.1 although there were some caveats noted. See page for details and notes (last updated 9PM.)
