A reader's iPhone restore (to get 1.1.2) disaster...

Although some updated/restored to 1.1..2 ok, this reader had a horror story to share... (BTW - as of Monday 10AM still no 1.1.2 update seen here on the east coast with a 1.1.1 iPhone.)
