MDD owner notes on Sweet Multiport not working in 10.5

Leopard user that had it installed for years said it's not recognized in 10.5 regardless of slot. (Other FW or PCI cards are) - added this also to the previous page on reader feedback on the Sweet Multiport kit for towers (adds FW/USB, etc. ports to front face/drive bay plate)
