SHAPE Services, known as the developer of cross-platform mobile communication software like IM+ All-in-One Messenger and IM+ for Skype, announces today the acquisition of the first website offering iPhone applications, http://www.iphoneapplicationlist.com/. The terms and conditions of the deal are not disclosed
