Richie Ramone sues Apple, others over downloads

Ramone claims he is owed nearly $1m in royalties Richard "Richie Ramone" Reinhardt has filed a lawsuit against several online music services, claiming he is owed almost $1 million in royalties, according to the Associated Press.
